New Fast Track Immigration Program Launched at Delhi Airport for Smoother International Travel

The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Home Affairs has launched a Fast Track Immigration Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi to facilitate international mobility with faster, smoother and more secure immigration clearance. In a written reply to Rajya Sabha, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol said the facility of FTI-TTP is available to Indians and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). The Minister said to avail the facility one has to register at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) or at the time of passage through the airport. He said, so far 1290 individuals have successfully registered for the facility.
