NCGG concludes 4th capacity building program for Sri Lankan Civil Servants in New Delhi



National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) today successfully concluded the 4th Capacity Building Program for the Civil Servants of Sri Lanka in New Delhi. The Program was attended by 40 senior civil servant officers from Sri Lanka, working as Assistant Secretaries, Divisional Secretaries, Assistant District Secretary, and Deputy Directors, among others. The main focus was on sharing India’s successful governance models through interactive sessions.

 

Addressing the valedictory session, the Director General of NCGG and Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, V. Srinivas emphasized that the mutual exchange of knowledge will enable both countries to achieve significant milestones in enhancing governance. The National Centre for Good Governance has successfully trained 135 senior and mid-level civil servant officers from Sri Lanka, so far.
